Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order.  This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Presale Policies 

🌿 What is a presale? A presale means the item is not yet in hand — your purchase helps fund the production of the design. This allows me to create unique pieces without overproducing or wasting materials.

⏳ Production Time Presales typically take 2-5 months depending on manufacturer timelines, holidays, and any unforeseen delays. I always aim to be transparent and will post regular updates on Instagram (@tinyotakufish) so you know where we’re at in the process!

💸 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: You may cancel for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours: Refunds will not be available, as funds are immediately allocated to production costs.

  • If it's been 6+ months since the presale with no update, I will offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.

📦 Shipping Once production is finished, I will conduct quality checks before packing and shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
